Broadway 40 Dawnlight (Seagull ST2130)

Half a century ago, Taiwan was the manufacturing center for over half of the world's watches and parts, sadly most of the factories went out of business years ago or move production to other countries due to high labour costs.  

 

My goal is to find as many new old stock parts as possible from the factories that used to produce them, put them to good use and make new watches out of them.

The cases were made more than 20 years ago, eventhough they are new old stock items, it is still inevitable to have some light to small blemishes. I opt not to refurbish/repolish them and rather keep them the way it is because I want the traces on time to be seen on the watch.
